Shared Hosting Policy

1. Permissible Use

Shared hosting is used solely for hosting the Seliton platform. Hosting of any other scripts is prohibited.

2. Spam - Unsolicited Commercial Communication

Sending Spam is expressly prohibited.

Sending Spam leads to the blocking of messages sent by the respective server on which the store is located and disrupts its uninterrupted use by our other customers. For this reason:

• 1. Upon the first complaint about sending Spam, you will receive a warning;
• 2. Upon receiving a second complaint for sending Spam, your store will be temporarily suspended until it is moved to a separate server or VPS, which the client must pay according to the current price list.

3. Disk space and data storage

• 1. The software code;
• 2. Database with your data (products, orders, etc.);
• 3. Files uploaded by you;
• 4. Files generated by the system - cached files, temporary files, resized images, etc.;
• 5. Backup copies of your store.
